Cinnamon water, a better alternative to normal mineral water. You don't feel like drinking boring water? Grapefruit not only gives the liquid a fresh, slightly bitter taste. With its high content of vitamin C, it is a real immune booster, especially in the cold seasons. The spices rosemary and cinnamon form a harmonious interplay, promote blood circulation and stimulate the metabolism.

It's cold outside? Enjoy the cinnamon water even with hot water and feel how your body is warmed from the inside out. As an alternative to grapefruit, other citrus fruits are also suitable for this recipe. For example, use tangerines or simply a classic lemon.
