500 grams Boy Peas
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps Hazelnut oil
2 Tbsps olive oil
200 milliliters milk
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the beans for about 5 minutes in boiling salted water, rinse and remove the skin. Blanch the peas and peeled garlic cloves for 4 minutes in boiling water and rinse with cold water.

Puree the beans with garlic and milk, pour in the hazelnut and olive oil slowly and continue to puree the soup until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the soup in bowl and serve sprinkled with peas.
