2 Tbsps Tapenade
1 tsp Red wine vinegar
1 red paprika
1 red onion
300 grams yellow Cherry tomatoes
Wooden skewer
2 Tbsps olive oil (for grilling)

Preparation steps

Cut halibut fillets into bite-sized cubes and mix with tapenade in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegar. Rinse the pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into cubes. Peel the onion and cut into large cubes. Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Thread everything alternately on the skewers and drizzle with oil.

Grill around 7 minutes on a hot grill. Arrange on a plate and serve garnished with herbs.
