- 115 grams Cultured butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 1 generous pinch Baking powder
- 4 Tbsps
- 60 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 150 grams white Chocolate
- colorful sprinkle
- 20 Wood sticks
Preparation steps
Beat 75 grams (approximately 1/3 cup) with the sugar until creamy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Alternately add the flour and the milk to the eggs.
Transfer the batter into a parchment-lined springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Let cool and remove from the pan. Completely crumble the cake into small crumbs.
Mix the remaining butter with the powdered sugar and cream cheese. Mix the cream cheese mixture with the cake crumbs. Form into small balls. Chill for 1 hour.
Chop the chocolate and melt in a bowl over a pot of simmering water.
Insert each ball on a candy stick and dip into the slightly cooled chocolate. Shake the excess chocolate from the cake ball and roll in the sprinkles.
Serve once the chocolate has set.
