- 500 grams Strawberries
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 400 grams Quark
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- mint (for garnishing)
Preparation steps
Rinse and pat dry strawberries. Puree about 1/3 of berries with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a blender. Cut remaining berries into slices.
Combine quark with yogurt, vanilla sugar, remaining sugar and lemon juice, mix until smooth. Beat heavy cream until stiff and fold into quark mixture. Mix about half of sliced strawberries with cream and place into glasses. Combine remaning sliced strawberries with strawberry puree and spread on top. Garnish with mint and serve.
