Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry strawberries. Puree about 1/3 of berries with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a blender. Cut remaining berries into slices.

Combine quark with yogurt, vanilla sugar, remaining sugar and lemon juice, mix until smooth. Beat heavy cream until stiff and fold into quark mixture.
