Fitness food on the breakfast table: Cottage cheese not only shines with its low calorie content - its high protein content makes it a favourite of athletes and fitness fans. With 12.5 grams of protein per 100 grams, this granular cream cheese is perfect for building muscle. Our muscles are dependent on the supply of protein, as they themselves consist of protein building blocks, the amino acids.
For more bite you can add some roasted hate nut kernels to the protein breakfast. Simply roast the hazelnut kernels in a hot pan without fat at medium heat for 3 minutes until they smell good.
