- 1 stalk Celery
- 5 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp medium hot Mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- Lime juice
- salt
- peppers
- 350 grams cooked Crabmeat
- 4 lg leaves Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Sandwich breads
Preparation steps

Trim and rinse the celery and cut into thin slices. Combine the mayonnaise with the cream cheese and the mustard. Season with a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce and lime juice, salt and pepper. Pick apart the crabmeat and stir lightly with the celery and mayonnaise mixture. Rinse the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Rinse the tomatoes, cut out stem and cut into slices. Cut the sandwich buns horizontally, lightly toast and serve topped with lettuce, crabmeat salad and tomatoes.
