1 bunch fresh cilantro (rinsed and finely chopped)
1 bunch scallions (washed; trimmed and chopped)
1 Jalapeño (pepper)
2 fresh Limes (juiced)
½ cup granulated sugar
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
1 cup shelled Pecan (or walnuts)

Preparation steps

1.
In the bowl of a food processor, fitted with a medium blade, combine cranberries, cilantro, scallions, jalapeno, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Chop to chunky consistency.
2.
Transfer to serving bowl, Fold in the chopped nuts. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Serve at room temperature.
