Preparation steps

Rinse the cranberries, halve, and mix with the sugar. Add the cranberry mixture to a jar, fill with the liquor, and seal tightly. Let age for 8 weeks in a cool, dark place. Shake occasionally during the aging time.

Strain the liquid into decorative bottles. Seal tightly and let infuse for 2 weeks. Store in a cool place.
