50 grams butter
150 grams shrimp

Preparation steps

1.

Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Heat 20 grams (approximately 0.7 ounces) of butter in a pan. Rinse crayfish, drain and cook in hot butter for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Pour egg mixture into pan. 

2.

Stir eggs and cook until firm. Remove and plate with crayfish. Serve garnished with paprika and chives.
