Preparation steps

1.

Thaw pastry. Roll out to a rectangle, about 15 x 40 cm (approximately 6 x 16 inches), on a floured surface. Brush dough with oil.

2.

Smash gorgonzola with a fork, mix in cream cheese and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Spread cheese mixture onto dough, leaving a 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) margin around the edges.

3.

Rinse tomatoes and cut in half.

4.

Peel onion and cut into wedges. Spread tomatoes and onions onto cheese mixture and sprinkle with olives. Drizzle with some oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in and oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove, let cool slighly, then slice and serve.
