¾ cup powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.
Wash strawberries and remove stalks. Put in a mixer and reduce to a pulp.

Whip the cream; when it starts to thicken, add the sugar, little by little.

Fold the cream into the strawberry pulp.

Beat egg whites into firm peaks with the salt. Carefully fold into the strawberry mixture,
