Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cauliflower, divide into florets and cut into slices. Rinse the kohlrabi and cut into small pieces. Set aside a few kohlrabi leaves for the garnish. Place the vegetables and broth in a pan and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for about 25 minutes.

2.

Remove some cauliflower slices from the soup. Puree the remaining soup and readmit the cauliflower. Add the cream and mix well. Season with salt, white pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice. Serve garnished with chives and kohlrabi leaves.
