- 24 ozs mixed Vegetables (i.e. carrots, peppers, zucchini, tomato)
- 3 ½ ozs low fat cream cheese
- 3 ½ ozs non fat Yogurt
- 3 ½ ozs low fat Sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
- salt
- peppers
- ½ bunch Chives
- ½ bunch parsley
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and peel the vegetables where appropriate. Slice into sticks or strips.

In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, yogurt, sour cream and creme fraiche together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, remove the leaves and chop. Stir into the dip mixture.
