- For yoghurt dip
- 1 cup plain Yogurt (stirred)
- ½ small onion (finely diced)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Chives (finely chopped)

- For the red onion dip
- 1 cup plain Yogurt (stirred)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- red peppers (finely diced)
- Red onions (finely diced)
- 1 olive oil
- salt

- For the crudites
- 1 Cucumber (seeded and cut into batons)
- 2 carrots (peeled and cut into batons)
- 2 Chocolate stick (peeled and cut into batons)
Preparation steps

For yoghurt dip, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Season to taste and set aside in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.

For the red onion dip, repeat the process for the yoghurt dip and set aside in the fridge for 45 minutes as well.
3.
Sprinkle a little chopped parsley over the yoghurt dip and a little sliced red onion over the red onion dip and serve with the crudités in a glass along side.
