- 3 stalks tender Celery (about 200 grams)
- 3 scallions
- 7 ozs Canned tuna
- 2 Tbsps Caper (from a jar)
- ½ lemon
- 4 ozs Cream cheese (13% fat)
- 5 Tbsps Yogurt (low-fat)
- salt

- 1 tsp pink peppers

Preparation steps
Rinse, trim and remove strings from celery.
Cut celery in half lengthwise and into wide planks, then cut into 5-6 cm (approximately 2-inch) long sticks. Place in cold water for up to 2 hours.
Trim scallions, rinse and cut into thin rings. Drain tuna and capers, then mix in a bowl with the scallions.
Squeeze lemon. Mix cream cheese, yogurt and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold cream cheese mixture with the tuna. Season again to taste and garnish with pink pepper.
Drain celery sticks well or pat dry. Serve with tuna cream as a dipping sauce.
