- 30 grams butter
- 100 grams onions (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour (smooth)
- 60 milliliters dry white wine
- 800 milliliters Broth
- 125 grams Sour cream
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Chives (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp Lovage (finely chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
Preparation steps
1.
Sauté the onions in butter, then dust with the flour. Stir until combined, then gradually incorporate the white wine and the broth. Simmer for 7 minutes, add the sour cream, and puree with an immersion blender.

Add the parsley, chives, and lovage to the soup. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Serve soup in bowls and garnish to taste with dill flowers and chives.
