Preparation steps

1.

Beat half of the cream until stiff, then place into four cocktail glasses. Mix the rest of the cream with the mineral water. Rinse the mint, and set some of the leaves aside for garnish. Blend half of the mint in a blender, and roughly chop the remaining leaves coarsely with a knife. 

2.

Mix the mint with the cream and mineral water mixture. Spread into the glasses, and mix with the whipped cream. Garnish the drinks with the mint leaves and serve.
