250 milliliters Buttermilk
3 Tbsps lemon juice
200 grams Natural yogurt
100 milliliters milk
1 Tbsp grated Horseradish (from a jar)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 generous pinch grated Nutmeg
1 bunch Radish
50 grams Daisy (alternatively, fresh herbs to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine buttermilk with lemon juice, yogurt, milk and horseradish. Bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Rinse and dry radishes, cut into thin sticks.

2.

Add half of radishes into soup and bring to a boil again. Add remaining radishes and mix. Pour soup into bowls and top with 1-2 tablespoons of flowers. Serve with toasted bread.
