1 Vanilla bean
½ lemon (freshly squeezed)
200 grams jam sugar (sugar-free)
50 grams liquid Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Rinse strawberries, pat dry, remove the stems and coarsely chop. Halve the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and add the strawberries, lemon juice and jam sugar in a mixing bowl. Puree for about 1 minute in a blender.

Mix in the whipping cream. Fill clean jars with the strawberry and cream mixture. Place in the refrigerator. Creamy strawberry spread can last for about 14 days if stored.
