Nutritional values
Blueberries are real superfruits. Besides a good portion of iron and potassium, the fruits contain many secondary plant compounds. Strawberries help to dehydrate the body due to the potassium they contain. Therefore, they are recommended especially for hypertension, gout and rheumatism patients.
The season for fresh berries is unfortunately already over? The healthy crêpes also taste wonderful with frozen berries. Alternatively, other fruits, for example oranges, apples, pears or plums fit wonderfully to the tender pancakes.
