Nutritional values

Skyr is produced according to Icelandic tradition and is a top source of calcium and protein, which is good for our bones and muscles. The strawberries provide plenty of immune-boosting vitamin C and the flakes and flaxseed provide lots of filling fiber.

Skyr is now available in many supermarkets. Alternatively, you can also use Greek yogurt in this recipe.
