Pistachios and hemp seeds can be replaced with chopped almonds, walnut kernels, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds as desired.

- 2 ½ ozs Irish Oats
- 5 ozs milk (whole)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 10 ozs Skyr
- ½ tsp Lemon peel
- 2 tsps Raw cane sugar
- 9 ozs Strawberries
- 2 tsps Pistachio
- 2 tsps peeled Hemp seeds
Preparation steps
Put oatmeal in a bowl with milk and vanilla. Mix everything well and divide between 2 glasses or screw jars.
Stir skyr with lemon zest and raw cane sugar in a bowl until smooth. Cover and place both in the refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, remove Overnight Oats and Skyr from the refrigerator. Stir skyr briefly. Clean and wash strawberries, cut them into small pieces, and layer alternately with Skyr on the Overnight Oats, finish with strawberries. Chop pistachios and sprinkle with hemp seeds over the oats.
