- 5 Tbsps Multi-grain flakes (; e.g. barley, oats, rye, rice)
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder (or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 3 ozs Coffee (cooled off)
- 3 ozs milk
- 4 ozs Blackberry (fresh or frozen)
- ½ oz Dark chocolate (at least 70 % cocoa content)
- 2 Tbsps Pecan

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 2 Bowls, 1 Tablespoon, 2 Glasses
Preparation steps

Mix the multigrain flakes with vanilla powder and whole cane sugar. Add coffee and milk and mix thoroughly. Add blackberries and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

The next morning roughly chop the chocolate and pecans. Put overnight oats with coffee and blackberries in two bowls or lockable glasses and sprinkle chocolate and nuts on top.
