Preparation steps

1.

For the crêpe batter: Whisk together the egg, salt, flour, milk and 1 teaspoon honey. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Rinse the strawberries, currants and cherries and pat dry. Cut the strawberries into quarters and pit the cherries. Toss the fruit with the remaining honey, cinnamon and sesame seeds.

3.

Cook the crêpes in a small crêpe pan until golden brown on both sides. Arrange on serving plates with the fruit.
