600 grams Squid tentacle
100 grams Pastry flour
1 egg yolk
l Wine

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg white

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the squid tubes into slices. Mix the flour with egg yolks, 125 ml (approximately ½ cup) wine, oil and egg white to a smooth batter. Season the batter with salt. 

Dip the squid slices into the batter and fry in hot oil or butter until golden brown.

Sprinkle the fried squid slices with lemon juice and season with salt. Serve with garlic mayonnaise.
