300 grams Amaretti cookies (Italian almond cookies)
100 grams melted butter
1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
250 grams Raspberries
1 Tbsp sugar
4 Kiwi
100 grams Cherries
50 grams Blueberries
2 Tbsps Coconut

Preparation steps

1.

Crumble the cookies with a rolling pin finely and mix well with melted butter and Grand Marnier. Press into the springform pan and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.

2.

Mix the raspberries with the sugar and press through a sieve.

3.

Peel the kiwis and cut into wedges. Rinse the cherries and blueberries, sort and pat dry.

4.

Spread the raspberry puree on the tart shell, top with the fruit and sprinkle with coconut shavings. Cut into slices and serve.
