- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 150 grams Cheddar cheese (sliced)
- 200 grams Turkey ham (in thin slices)
- 4 Croissant
- 20 grams softened butter

Heat oil in a pan, add bacon and fry until crispy. Remove bacon from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into slices. Rinse lettuce, trim and shake dry.
3.
Cut croissants horizontally and brush the cut surface of the bottom half with butter. Top with cheese, ham, bacon, tomatoes and lettuce. Cover with top half of croissant and serve.
