1 Cucumber
1 chili pepper (red)
4 Tbsps Peanuts (roasted, lightly salted)
4 tsps olive oil
1 onion
2 Tbsps lemon juice
Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and halve cucumber lengthwise, then cut into small cubes. Peel and very finely chop onion.

2.

Rinse and halve chile lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs and very finely chop.

3.

Coarsely chop peanuts. Mix all ingredients together, season to taste and let stand at least 3 hours before serving.
