2 Tbsps Basil (cut into strips)
125 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tsp Chili powder

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Salt well, drizzle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

2.

Rinse cucumber, cut into quarters lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into slices. Sprinkle with salt and lime juice.

3.

Combine yogurt with salt and chili powder. Add cucumbers into mixture and mix well with the yogurt. Serve cucumber with onion rings and garnish with basil leaves and chili powder.
