- 1 kilogram Cucumber
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- sugar
- salt
- white peppers
- 2 sprigs Dill
Preparation steps

Rinse the cucumber, wipe dry, and peel if you'd like). Cut the cucumber into slices (make sure they're not too thin).

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add the yogurt and vinegar. Season with a pinch of sugar and pepper, and mix well. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Rinse and dry the dill. Remove the leaves and finely chop.
4.
Divide the cucumbers into bowls and top with the yogurt sauce. Sprinkle with the dill and serve.
