For the drink
1 Cucumber
400 grams 1.5% fat Kefir
100 grams low-fat Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Dill
Sea salt

For the bread
1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
150 grams cream cheese
4 Radish

Preparation steps

1.

For the drink: rinse and halve the cucumber. Cut one half into four spears. Cut the other into small cubes and stir well with kefir, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Pour into glasses and garnish with spears.

For the bread: spread wholegrain bread with cream cheese.

Rinse and thinly slice radishes. Add to bread, season with salt and pepper and serve with the drink.
