1 Tbsp chopped Dill
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
70 milliliters chilled milk
salt

Tabasco sauce
2 splashes Worcestershire sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel, and coarsely chop the cucumber. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Puree the shallots, cucumber, dill, yogurt, and milk in a blender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until completely combined.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with the mint, and serve.
