600 grams mixed Ground meat
1 Tbsp red Curry paste
1 chili pepper (thinly sliced crosswise)
200 milliliters Beef broth
salt
cayenne pepper
1 generous pinch Turmeric
1 generous pinch ground Cumin
2 potatoes (firm)
150 grams Peas
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Flatbread

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes. Fry ground meat in hot oil, stirring until browned. Add potatoes, turmeric, curry paste and cumin and sauté briefly.

Add broth and sliced chile. Cover and simmer over low heat about 30 minutes. Add peas, season with salt and cayenne pepper, and simmer 5 minutes more. Divide curry among bowls and serve with flatbread.
