250 grams Pork cutlet
1 onion
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
peppers
1 pinch Curry
250 milliliters Veal stock (prepared)
200 grams Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and cut broccoli into small florets. Blanch broccoli in salted boiling water, 2-4 minutes. Drain.

Cut pork cutlets into strips. Peel and dice onion. In a pan, sauté onion and pork in oil. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with curry powder and sauté briefly. Add veal stock. Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes.

3.

Stir in crème fraîche and simmer until thickened. Stir in broccoli and heat briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
