180 grams ham (substitute prosciutto)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the dandelion greens and pat or shake dry. Rinse the nectarines and the pear, remove the seeds and cores and cut into very thin columns. Cut the mozzarella into pieces.

2.

Arrange the dandelion greens, the fruit and the cheese on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Distribute the ham on top and serve seasoned with salt and pepper.

Suggestion: serve with some fresh ciabatta.
