50 grams Coconut flakes
vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan until it reaches about 160°C (approximately 325°F). Rinse shrimp, pat dry, brush with egg white and roll in coconut flakes. Fry shrimp in hot oil until they float, 1-2 minutes.
