400 grams Yogurt (low-fat) (0.1% fat content)
200 grams Sour cream
2 whole lemons
½ bunch Dill
salt
freshly ground white peppers
1 generous pinch garlic powder

Preparation steps

Rinse the dill, pat dry, reserve one sprig for garnish and finely chop the rest. Rinse the lemons, cut in half, cut 2-3 slices for garnish and juice the rest. Whisk the yogurt, sour cream and lemon juice together until smooth. Stir in the chopped dill and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl and garnish with the reserved dill sprig and lemon slices. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, etc.
