1 kilogram lean, sun-dried Beef
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
3 yellow, mild chili peppers
400 grams onions

Preparation steps

1.

Tear the dried beef into 3-4 pieces, place in a bowl, cover with water and soak overnight.

Drain and pat dry well. Cut the meat into thin strips.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse the peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, then cut into thin strips. Peel the onions, halve and cut into strips.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions, peppers and garlic until soft, then set aside. Add the meat to the pan and stir-fry until browned.

Serve alongside rice or other side dishes as desired.
