- 16 ozs Figs (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice

1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small pot mit Deckel, 1 Whisk, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Bowl, 1 Sieve, 1 Kitchen shears
Preparation steps
1.
Put the figs and water into a large pan. bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the figs are soft.
2.
Add the sugar and lemon juice and stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil and boil rapidly until setting point is reached.
3.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir once and spoon into hot sterilized jars. Cover, seal and label.
