2 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps Yogurt (1 percent fat)
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the bread. Rinse, trim and slice radishes with a serrated knife.

2.

Peel eggs, chop and mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Place lettuce on 2 toasted bread slices and spread the egg salad on top. Distribute the radish slices over each and top with remaining bread slices. Cut sandwiches diagonally and serve.
