Preparation steps

1.

Cook eggs for about 10 minutes or until hard-boiled. Rinse and cool slightly.

2.

Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt, divide into two parts. Whisk one part with ketchup and another with chives.

3.

Peel eggs and halve lengthwise.

4.

Cut chives into short pieces and sprinkle decoratively on 2 plates. Top with eggs and garnish with mayonnaise sauce. Serve.
