- 300 grams starchy potatoes
- salt
- 75 milliliters milk
- 20 grams softened butter
- Nutmeg
- 50 grams Bacon
- 1 onion
- ½ Savoy cabbage (bout 500 grams)
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Peel potatoes and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes. Drain, let water evaporate and mash. Add hot milk and butter, mix to a smooth puree and season with salt and nutmeg. Let cool.

Dice bacon. Peel onion and chop finely. Rinse savoy cabbage adm cut into strips. Blanch for 3-4 minutes in boiling salted water, rinse in cold water and drain.

Heat clarified butter in a pan and saute onion and bacon for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add mashed potatoes and cabbage and mix well. Smooth and cook for 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned. With a help of a large dinner plate, flip over and brown on the other side.

Tear into pieces and serve.
