300 grams Farfalle
½ bunch scallions
1 can Tuna (about 130 grams drained)
2 Tbsps olive oil
150 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
peppers (from the mill)
1 tsp grated Horseradish (Fresh or from a jar)

Preparation steps

Rinse and cut the scallions into white and light green rings. Set aside the green rings.

Drain tuna.

Sauté the green onions in olive oil, add drained tuna and sauté for a few minutes. Stir in cream and lemon juice until hot, then puree. Season with salt, pepper and horseradish.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta until al dente in boiling salted water. Cut the scallions into small rings.

5.

Drain the pasta and mix with the tuna sauce. To serve, arrange on warmed plates and sprinkle with the scallion rings.
