- 2 Fennel bulb
- 2 Pear
- 2 Tbsps sweetened sea buckthorn berry juice (health food store)
- Orange juice (for filling)
Preparation steps
1.
Remove the green part of the fennel and set aside for garnish. Cut the fennel into pieces.
2.
Rinse the pears, quarter lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut 2 slices and set aside for garnish. Chop the rest of the pears.
3.
Put the fennel and pears in a juicer and juice them both together. Stir in the seaberry juice.
Divide between two glasses, fill with orange juice and serve garnished with fennel leaves and pear pieces.
