2 scallions

200 grams Greek Feta
200 grams cream cheese
½ tsp ground Cumin

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the mint, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Rinse and thinly slice the scallions. Rinse and the pepperoncini and finely chop.

2.

In a bowl, mash the feta cheese with a fork. Add the cream cheese, scallions, pepperoncini, cumin and 1/4 of the chopped mint.

3.

Shape the mixture into small balls and roll in the remaining mint. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
