Nutritional values
Fresh figs can provide a part of the daily requirement of vitamin E. This supports the body in the defense against cell-damaging substances and strengthens the skin.
You can wonderfully adapt the quick dessert to your taste: Instead of figs, for example, mango slices also go well with the strawberries, the ricotta can be effortlessly replaced by cottage cheese, yogurt or goat's cream cheese and instead of the pistachio kernels you can use other nuts of your choice (such as walnuts, almonds or cashews).
