1 packet Vanilla sugar
3 Tbsps Lavender honey
4 very ripe Figs
4 Tbsps Sparkling wine (dry)
2 Tbsps Lavender
2 Tbsps Pine nuts

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse figs and cut into thirds. Heat up the honey and sparkling wine in a small pan and add the lavender blossoms and the pine nuts. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the yogurt.

2.

Divide the cream yogurt into 4 bowls. Place the figs into the pot and stir briefly. Spread the figs with flowers and pine nuts on the yogurt and serve.
