- 6 ripe Figs
- 12 bay leaves
- 4 small Goat cheese (or 1 goat cheese log, 4 thick slices)
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Port wine
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse figs, pat dry, make 2 incisions in the figs with a sharp knife. Stick bay leaves into incisions.

Mix oil and wine in a bowl. Arrange goat cheese and figs in the bowl and serve.
