Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, mix together yogurt and sour cream. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press into bowl. Finely chop mint leaves and stir into sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse, pat dry, and quarter figs lengthwise.

3.

Lay 2 slices of prosciutto on each of 4 plates. Top each with figs and a spoonful of minted-yogurt sauce. Garnish with mint leaves.
